Hello! 

I don't want to make this too much of a big deal, because it is not, so I'll keep it short:

I generally don't really like the initial idea I had with the lore, feel and story of this game. I was lucky that it was still considerably early in development, so it does not hurt as much.

Inappropiate Laughter was turning too edgy and typical indie horror esque for my liking, so I am gonna drop it and start something new that will have a vaguely similar style, but a completely different story and setting. 

Besides, it was made on Godot 3.5, which is a bit of a hassle to work with in comparison to Godot 4. Instead of going through the ordeal of remaking the entire game in the newer engine, I much rather would simply start on something newer, something that is not too stereotypically edgy. I might reuse certain assets, or even entire characters, but they will be under a completely different context narrative wise. 

The most recent build will be uploaded for those who are interested in seeing what it was like before I called it quits. It mostly features a very basic chase sequence by the Dark Man, and a secret dialog with a secret NPC accessed through a secret way. I might reveal how you accessed it but for now it serves as a small reward for those inclined to try and see what I threw up. It is 10 minutes of """gameplay""" at most.
